Rev Series 3, Episode 6 Preview.

Whilst the preview clip is kinda funny, be warned. The Radio Times has this to say about the episode:

“…it is clear, in the final episode of the series, that nothing can ever be the same again. It’s too, too sad. Much too sad.”

Rev. Series 3 Coming Next Spring.

Fab news for Rev. fans around the world! Series 3 of Rev has started filming!

From the :

The BBC has finally started making a third series of Rev, the hit comedy about a London inner-city vicar, confirming that it will air on BBC2 in spring next year.

The news will be a welcome relief to fans, who will have been waiting for the best part of two-and-a-half years for a new series by the time the third season airs. The second series ended in December 2011.

Last August the BBC confirmed that it had commissioned a third series but warned of a long wait for filming to start because the cast, which includes Olivia Colman and the show’s co-creator Tom Hollander, were working on so many projects.

On Friday the BBC confirmed that principal photography has started for a six-part series, priduced by Big Talk Productions, that will be broadcast in spring 2014.

To celebrate… heres a random moment from rev I found:

tom-hollander-rev-series-2Some form of good news for fans of the BBC 2 comedy “Rev.”, from the BBC News:

Award-winning comedy Rev will return to BBC2 for a third series but it will not be broadcast until 2014.

Producers say the “brilliance” of cast members such as Tom Hollander and Olivia Colman have made getting everyone back together “challenging”.

The actors play inner-city vicar Rev Adam Smallbone and his wife Alex in the hit comedy, which won best sitcom at last year’s TV Baftas.

Filming is due to begin in Autumn 2013, with development starting this year.

Producer Kenton Allen said: “I’m delighted that we’ve managed to get Adam and his congregation back into church for what I hope will be an extraordinary third season of a show that is extremely special for all those involved.”
