A bunch of people decide to sit down in front of a popular tourist spot. The main difference between this group of people and a large group of tourists, is that these guys aren’t planning on going any where fast.
No violence, just a simple campaign to highlight something they dont think is right.
Our first “Hero of The Week” for a while is Rev Dr Giles Fraser. He’s the guy that told the police to get lost and leave the protesters alone… he has now resigned from his Job at St Pauls, making the following comments to The Guardian:
“I resigned because I believe that the chapter has set on a course of action that could mean there will be violence in the name of the church.”
I’m starting to expect him to appear at the front of St Pauls with them all.
Well I’m sure there is more going on behind the scenes then what we’ve been told, hopefully there are people involved on all sides that still look at the situation with a clear head.
