Equality Act May Lead To Civil War?

The Jim Bakker Show – home of… people who talk about Christians and politics a lot, has had a guest on, who seems to have argued that the Equality Act could cause conservative Christians to start a civil war in America.

I’ve not posted about this before, but “civil war” could be a go to comment from The Jim Bakker Show, as this did come up before during a piece on impeaching Trump.

Why would Christians starting a Civil War be a good thing anyway?

Jim Bakker: Christian Leaders Will Die if Trump is not Re-Elected

It seems that Jim Bakker – that American guy with that TV show has a warning about Christian Leaders dying if Donald Trump doesn’t get reelected.

Wait a minute? Is he really saying vote for Donald Trump in the next election or see Christian Leaders die?

It looks like Donald Trumps reelection campaign really has started. Lets get ready to see more of this for a while.

Is there anyone out there offering a more hopeful message?

Angry Sermon of The Week

Well. I say Angry…

I’m not sure if angry is the right word for it… Would Hate preaching be more accurate way to describe this guys… rant? Actually perhaps “sermon” isn’t the right word either? Perhaps the title for this blog is simply wrong?

Another question. Leviticus 20 is nestled within a bunch of chapters, containing a bunch of laws. For anyone wondering why he doesn’t speak about any of the others, it seems that Leviticus 20 is [art of their Doctrinal Statements:

We believe that sodomy (homosexuality) is a sin that is against nature. A person will only burn in their lust toward the same gender if they have been given over to a reprobate or rejected mind. God said homosexuality should be punished with the death penalty, as set forth in Leviticus 20:13. No homosexual will be allowed to attend or join All Scripture Baptist Church.

What I’ve Been Mostly Watching…

Ooooooooooooooooo we’re halfway there…

Quote that’s messed with me this week.

Our culture has accepted two huge lies. The first is that if you disagree with someone’s lifestyle, you must fear or hate them. The second is that to love someone means you agree with everything they believe or do. Both are nonsense. You don’t have to compromise convictions to be compassionate. - Rick Warren
